Roadmap Quilt

Filed under: Uncategorized — littleredwren @ 11:59 pm

I made this quilt a few months ago for my boy-child. I have been planning it in my head ever since I saw Oscar’s Racetrack Quilt years ago. Actually, that quilt is the very reason I began quilting.

I used Denyse Schmidt’s Snake Charmer pattern and collected all the car fabrics I could get my hands on.

I hand quilted the road lines and circles in lime green embroidery floss – you can see it best on the back.
